Diligence Consult is a successful firm of Chartered Accountants and General Business Management Consultants incorporated in Ghana in the year 2001, with a previous name of Latuo & Associates.  Latuo & Associates was re-branded and registered as Diligence Consult with the Registrar Generals Department on 13th October, 2014 with registration number PN006822014 and TIN number C0004162676.

We believe the auditing function should be responsive to  changing trends and provide evidence to give the needed re-assurance.
 

At Diligence Consult, we have developed a risk based audit approach, which seeks to identify and focus on the risks of the organisation since “the strongest part of the chain is its weakest link”
